Privacy policy
Effective September 14, 2026. Plucker is a MattMade service. Contact support@mattmade.ai with privacy questions or requests.
What we collect
We store your account email, optional name, authentication records, workspace settings, subscription status, and billing customer identifiers. When you connect a payment provider, we store its credentials encrypted at rest, product catalog, offer configuration, and the provider identifiers needed to operate your workspace.
Coupon records can include the intended recipient’s name and email, campaign reference, provider code, sharing link, issuance and expiration dates, email delivery events, link continuation events, claims, and provider-confirmed purchase information. Payment-provider events may include the purchaser’s name, email, customer identifier, and payment or subscription reference.
Why we use it
We use this data to authenticate users, manage subscriptions, create and deliver offers, open provider redemption flows, record attribution, prevent abuse, resolve errors, and provide support. A link being opened or shared is recorded separately from a verified purchase or claim.
Provider credentials and payments
Provider API credentials are used on the server and are not returned to your browser after saving. Plucker billing is processed by Dodo Payments. Your customers redeem offers through the connected payment provider or your app’s checkout. Plucker does not collect or store full payment-card details.
Services that process data
Our hosting, database, authentication email, coupon email, and payment infrastructure process data needed to provide Plucker. These include Vercel, Neon, Dodo Payments, Apple’s APIs when connected, and MattMade’s email infrastructure. These services may process data outside your country.
If you enable adboss, coupon and campaign activity is sent to that connected service. The integration is optional. Clicking a WhatsApp sharing button sends the prepared text and link to WhatsApp when you proceed; WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy apply.
Recipient information
Workspace owners are responsible for having an appropriate basis to provide recipient details and send offers. Recipient names and emails are not included in the public coupon page. A personal link can be forwarded, so the intended recipient and the person who completes a purchase may differ.
Cookies and security
We use essential session cookies for sign-in and account security. We also maintain operational and rate-limit records to protect the service. Protect your provider keys and the private coupon links you share. No online service can promise absolute security.
Retention and your choices
We retain information as needed to operate your workspace, preserve coupon and billing records, address security issues, and meet applicable obligations. Cancelling a paid plan does not immediately delete your workspace or invalidate existing offer links.
You can export coupon records from your dashboard, disconnect provider integrations, or contact support to request access, correction, or deletion. Deleting provider access may prevent existing links from working. We may need to verify your identity and retain records that we are required or permitted to keep.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves. We will update the effective date and provide an appropriate notice for material changes.
